Hastelloy C200 Plate is an advanced nickel-chromium-molvbdenm-coper alloy plate. engineered to tackle the mostcomplex and harsh corosive environmentsfiling gaps where traditional aoys strugele. Its unique composition, with 239 chromium, 16% molbdenum.29% coper, and low carbon, enhances resistance to bothhigh-concentration sulfuric and hydrochlonic acids,as well as mixed acids (e., sulfuric nitric or hydrochloric-acetic). It also effectively combats piting and crevicecorrosion in chloride-rich media like seawater, a common failure point for many alloy plates
This plate is widely used inthe pharmaceutical industrv, where it is machined into high-purity drug processing eauipment enclosures, sterile tuid transier lime housingsand pump casings that handle sensitive and corrosive luids. Italso plays a cucialrole in miming, fabricated into mineral leach tank walls and slury pump housings thalhandle acidic mineral slurries..
