PGA fully degradable temporary plugging agent is a series of temporary plugging agents developed mainly with degradable materials to meet the needs of oil fields under various temperatures and working conditions. It has the following characteristics:
Good blocking effect: the material itself has high strength and the particle size matching strength is high
Good degradability: completely degraded, no viscosity after degradation;
Good compatibility: does not react with fracturing fluid;
Time controllable: The blocking time can be adjusted by adjusting the material formula;
Safe and environmentally friendly: After degradation, water and carbon dioxide are eventually generated, which is pollution-free;
Easy to operate: it can be added directly to the sand mixing truck, easy to use, and does not stick to the pump.
Indoor test evaluation of PGA temporary plugging agent
Test unit: Southwest Petroleum University
Experimental equipment: high temperature and high pressure filter loss meter
Experiment name: Performance evaluation of temporary plugging materials for diverted fracturing
Experimental purpose: This project carries out experiments on optimizing the temporary crack plugging formula by designing and processing wedge-shaped fracture modules. For several fracture modules in fracturing, multiple sets of temporary crack plugging formulas are optimized to form a temporary plugging formula that meets the forward sealing pressure. The capacity is ≥10MPa, the reverse sealing pressure-bearing capacity is ≤2MPa, and the fracture permeability flowback recovery rate after the temporary plugging material is unblocked is ≥95%.
